Front Desk Receptionist
Job Overview:
Chapin Pet Lodge is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to all of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet all clients in a welcoming and professional manner

Answer incoming calls and return messages promptly

Schedule and manage boarding reservations and appointments

Maintain accurate client and pet records
-
Check pets in and out upon arrival and departure
-
Communicate clearly with staff to ensure proper care instructions are followed

Handle general front desk tasks and keep the reception area clean and organized

Other tasks as assigned
Schedule & Availability:
-
Full time: 4 weekdays plus every other weekend
Qualifications:
-
Experience in the pet care industry is a plus

Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must be reliable and punctual
Work Environment:
This position involves frequent interaction with clients, handling a busy phone line, and working in an environment with dogs and cats.
