Check In

• You will be charged for the first day of your pet's stay, regardless of the check-in time.

Pickup

• Before 12 Noon (Monday-Saturday): No additional charge for the day.

• After 12 Noon (Monday-Saturday): An additional day charge applies.

• All Sunday pickups are charged for the day.

Minimum Charges

• Year-Round: A 2-day minimum charge applies, even if your pet stays for less than two days.

• Holiday Weeks: A 5-day minimum charge applies during the weeks of July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

No Shows

• A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes to avoid charges.

• You will be charged for the reserved time if you do not show up. New reservations are not accepted until all outstanding charges are paid.

Active Military Discount

• All active military personnel receive $1.00 off the normal rate.

• Active military members who are deployed and do not have someone to care for their pet will have their pet’s stay covered free of charge.

Medication Administration Fee

• $1.00 per instance for administering medications, supplements, vitamins, ointments, etc. This fee covers insurance and the extra responsibility.​​

Vaccination Records

• Proof of your pet's vaccination records is required.

• All vaccines must be current and should be done 10-14 days prior to boarding.

• Required vaccines:

  • Dogs: DHLP (yearly or 3 year vaccine), Rabies (yearly or 3 year vaccine), Bordetella (every 6 months),                          K9 Influenza (recommended but not required)

  • Cats: Rabies, Feline Distemper, Feline Leukemia
